On First-Time-Activation the user accounts are active for one year - if your advisor didn't specify anything diffent. Two weeks before expiration you will be notified by mail, so you can start the process to extend the validity of the account. To extend the validity of your account:

1. download the attached form
2. fill out the form
3. print the form
4. go to your advisor and get the form signed by the advisor
5. send the signed form via internal post service to:

   or deliver it personally.
