Help, my account is locked

There are several possible reasons:
  1. You entered too many times the wrong password - therefore your account is locked for 30min. Check, before you try again, by typing in the username field, if the CAPS-Lock is on, or the num-pad is acting like it should.
  2. We locked your account because of violating the user policy. In this case, we already sent you an email, which describes the neccessities to getting unlocked again. So check your inbox.
  3. There was a request for locking your user account by third parties (e.g LUIS, the IT-Department of the university). In this case, please get into contact with us.
