Help, my account is locked

There are several possible reasons:
- You entered too many times the wrong password - therefore your account is locked for 30min. Check, before you try again, by typing in the username field, if the CAPS-Lock is on, or the num-pad is acting like it should.
- We locked your account because of violating the user policy. In this case, we already sent you an email, which describes the neccessities to getting unlocked again. So check your inbox.
- There was a request for locking your user account by third parties (e.g LUIS, the IT-Department of the university). In this case, please get into contact with us.
