Helpdesk-System of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering

To better assist you and being able to answer in a faster way, we use this helpdesk-system. You can access the info-pages for already known problems (FAQ) or open new tickets to get help. In times of standing in for colleagues, colleagues of other departments are able to help much faster this way. For us this ticketsystem gives the chance to sort open tickets by priority and hand them over to the correct responsible persons.
